Many organizations have move to or are in the process of shifting to hybrid environments-some have stepped back into the office while many have remained remote. These hybrid workplaces have caused a tremendous amount of stress on employees. Not knowing what may be ahead of them is sometimes an ongoing obstacle. This is why listening to their employees concerns, wants and needs should be a top priority in order to remain successful, and maintain a happy and engaged workplace.
In order to avoid some common pitfalls, our focus for this will be listening to your employee's needs. In this workshop we will:
• Cover likely mistakes and see how the employee's perspective of the workplace has changed
• Identify pitfalls of various workplace models
• Practice a method of listening to employees more effectively.
