Gwyn Novak, chef/owner of No Thyme to Cook, comes from a long line of inspired and inspiring culinary artists. A graduate of the Baltimore International Culinary College and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, Gwyn has been cooking and writing about food for more than 25 years. She has worked in numerous B&Bs, country inns and country clubs on the East Coast.
Now, she’s coming home to Solomons, to the very spot where her great grandparents once owned and operated a tavern. Her newly designed, state-of-the-art teaching and catering kitchens bring a whole new focus to foodies, tourists and everyday home chefs who want to learn the tips and tricks of a very delicious trade.
