Wm. B. Tennison, located at the Calvert Marina Museum

Enjoy a one-hour cruise around Solomons Harbor and the Patuxent River aboard the only Coast Guard-licensed log-hulled vessel in America. Built in 1899, this National Historic Landmark was later converted from sail to power and served as an oyster buyboat until 1978. Departs from the Calvert Marine Museum dock, weather permitting. Assistance needed for wheelchair boarding (ramp).

Directions: Route 4 south. Take right lane exit just before the Thomas Johnson Bridge. Turn left at the stop sign. Proceed ½ block to the museum. Boat located at the museum dock.

Admission: Adults $7.
Children 5-12 $4.
Children under 5 free when accompanied by paying adult.

Hours: May - October: Wednesday - Sunday 2 pm cruise.
July - August: Additional cruises Saturday and Sunday at 12:30 and 3 pm.
