From Garden Lights to Starry Nights, Calvert County Celebrates the Holiday Season

PRINCE FREDERICK, Md., -- November 21, 2006 - The holidays are upon us and, once again, Calvert County offers a variety of special events and festivities to help you ring in the season and ring out the old year.

December 2 (11:00 am – 4:00 pm)
Holiday Open House
Main Street Gallery, Prince Frederick – A celebration of fine contemporary arts and crafts on display in a festive holiday setting.

Antique Christmas Festival Open House
Countywide – various antique centers – Visit various antique centers in the County for a unique Christmas festival featuring antiques, unique gifts and refreshments.

33rd Annual Christmas Parade (Rain Date December 10)
Fox Run Shopping Center, Prince Frederick – Annual Christmas parade featuring local school bands, floats, custom and antique cars/trucks and Jolly Old St. Nick.

22nd Annual Solomons Christmas Walk
