The facility occupies a beautifully renovated home in the center of Owings, complete with fully restored wood floors, lush carpets and fresh paint. The undertaking was the brainchild of partners Karen Towne and Michael Benton, two of Calvert County’s most well-respected and experienced real estate agents. Benton believed in the concept of a “one-stop” facility for real estate services from the very beginning. “For years, I’d watched customers struggle with the confusion and tediousness of buying and selling their homes,” he said. “Since it is usually a family’s largest investment, it can often be a very challenging and nerve-racking experience.
