Calvert County, Maryland Department of Economic Development Announces Coldwell Banker Commercial Representation for Patuxent Business Park

PRINCE FREDERICK, Md., -- November 11, 2004 -- The Calvert County, Maryland Department of Economic Development (CCDED) announces today that Coldwell Banker Commercial Capitol Realty Services, a full-service commercial real estate company based in Tysons Corner, Va., has been retained to coordinate the marketing, development and sales of the Patuxent Business Park (PBP) in Lusby, Md.

The PBP project was initiated by CCDED, in partnership with the Maryland Economic Development Corporation (MEDCO). It is projected to be a flourishing business campus that will accommodate a variety of uses including 700,000 SF of Class A office and flex space.

Under the agreement, Coldwell Banker Commercial will initially oversee the marketing and sales of the development project, while promoting the campus to corporate clients as well. Rick Davidson, of Coldwell Banker Commercial CRS, will direct the project team comprised of Mike Paukstitus, Lee Alexander, Pat Fehr, Tina Davidson and Josh Thomas.
