Tricks and Treats at the Calvert Country Market

PRINCE FREDERICK, Md., -- October 21, 2004 -- The Calvert County, Maryland Department of Economic Development and the Calvert Country Market (CCM) vendors invite youngsters and the young-at-heart to have a safe and festive Halloween at CCM in the Prince Frederick Shopping Center from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 30.

See the vendors in Halloween costumes and stop by each booth for a special Halloween goodie. For $2.00, have your picture taken at CCM – either wearing your own Halloween costume or standing behind our decorative picture board. The very young will enjoy story time at 2:00 p.m. and G-rated Halloween movies running all day. Parents can shop for harvest treats like pumpkins, gourds, candies, decorations, fresh-baked bread and yarns and knitting supplies.
