Living History: Search for the Oldest Calvert County Native

PRINCE FREDERICK, Md., -- December 18, 2003 -- The Calvert County 350th Anniversary Celebration Committee in cooperation with the Department of Economic Development is currently searching for the oldest living person in Calvert County to participate in activities of the 350th Anniversary Celebration in 2004.

Calvert County will mark its 350th Anniversary as an established Maryland County on July 3, 2004. During 2004, a plethora of events and projects will be occurring to highlight the treasures of this extraordinary county. Eligible candidates must have been born in Calvert County and may be required to present proof of age and place of birth.
