2. Listing information is provided by the individual companies and the Calvert County Department of Economic Development will not be responsible for any errors or omissions.
3. The Calvert County Department of Economic Development is not responsible for the collection or distribution of resumes and/or applications.
4. This information cannot be distributed without exclusive permission.

C. Business Information

1. Business information listed on the Site is compiled by the Department of Economic Development and cannot be distributed without exclusive permission.
2. Calvert County Business Database is compiled from a variety of sources and is the sole property of the Department of Economic Development. The Department will not authorize distribution and should be used for informational purposes only. Any business that wishes to be listed in the database must be based in Calvert County, Maryland. As a service to that business, the Department of Economic Development will provide a free listing with hyperlinks and E-mail addresses.
3. Newsletter - the newsletter is distributed on a quarterly basis and is the sole property of the Department of Economic Development. Third party download of the Newsletter is permitted, however, no third party user can distribute without the exclusive permission of the Department of Economic Development.
4. Meeting Facilities - is compiled by the Department of Economic Development and cannot be distributed without exclusive permission.

D. Tourism Information

1. Tourism information listed on the Site is compiled by the Department of Economic Development and cannot be distributed without exclusive permission.
2. Visitors Guide - the Calvert County Visitors Guide is the property of the Department of Economic Development and cannot be distributed without exclusive permission. The guide is for information only and does not constitute a recommendation of facilities, accommodations or services. The individual establishments have provided the information included in this guide. While every effort has been made to assure the accuracy of the information, it is recommended to call ahead. The Department of Economic Development are not liable for damages arising out of errors or omissions.
3. Calendar of Events - the Calendar of Events is the property of the Department of Economic Development and cannot be distributed without exclusive permission. The information contained in the Calendar was compiled and published by the Calvert County Department of Economic Development based upon input from the organizations and individual event sponsors listed. It is for informational purposes and does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the activities. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and the Department of Economic Development accepts no responsibility for any changes that may occur. It is recommended that visitors call ahead to verify events, hours and admission charges.

E. Hyperlinks

1. As a service to other Maryland agencies, economic development agencies, strategic partners and Calvert County based organizations and businesses, the Department of Economic Development provides hyperlinks. Hyperlinks are provided at the discretion of the Department of Economic Development. The Department reserves the right to remove or add links at its discretion.

F. Updates

1. The Department of Economic Development maintains the site on a daily basis.
2. The business database is updated monthly.
3. Any updates made to the site must be consistent with the set style and structure of the existing Site. No structural changes can be made without the exclusive permission of the Department of Economic Development. Changes to the Site structure must be approved by the director or appropriate staff member.
